Psychology Services

The Psychologist is at the heart of addressing your “Why?”

Claudia Rodriguez – Psychologist

My goal is to provide a safe environment where clients can share what they are going through, including their inner most struggles and challenges. We can then work together to explore, reflect, develop goals and help you to move towards your aspirations.

Everyone is unique and no single approach works for everyone, so I have trained in a range of modalities, so I can best support and tailor therapy to my clients. I am able to provide a range of assessment, behavioural intervention and therapy to clients including children and adults.

I believe that clients are the experts of their lives. My aim is to build a therapeutic alliance and within the structure of this alliance, empower each client with education, confidence and self- awareness. I look forward to working with you to access your strengths, develop goals and equip you with the strategies and tools, to work towards the meaningful changes you want to see in your life.

Dave Simich Psychologist

David Simich – Psychologist

The psychology of eating, exercise, and body image is often a missing piece in long-term health management and wellbeing. My aim is to use and simplify both psychological and physiological principles to guide you through creating a healthy relationship with weight, food, and physical activity.

This is done through a combination of evidenced-based psychological practices with high-level strength, conditioning, and nutritional training in order to provide lasting change.

I strive to create an environment where you feel understood and supported in your needs. Specific treatment methods include the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, in combination with the latest nutritional and strength and conditioning practices. These techniques are designed to help you feel equipped with effective strategies and tools to achieve your tailored needs.

Why I Love What I Do

I am passionate about helping clients create a healthy relationship with body image, food and physical activity in order to create a more non-judgemental, meaningful, and fulfilled life.
