Psychologist

My goal is to provide a safe environment where clients can share what they are going through, including their inner most struggles and challenges. We can then work together to explore, reflect, develop goals and help you to move towards your aspirations.

Everyone is unique and no single approach works for everyone, so I have trained in a range of modalities, so I can best support and tailor therapy to my clients. I am able to provide a range of assessment, behavioural intervention and therapy to clients including children and adults.

I believe that clients are the experts of their lives. My aim is to build a therapeutic alliance and within the structure of this alliance, empower each client with education, confidence and self- awareness. I look forward to working with you to access your strengths, develop goals and equip you with the strategies and tools, to work towards the meaningful changes you want to see in your life.

Why I love what I do

I don’t take things for granted and I am grateful to have an opportunity to give back and have a positive impact on the lives of others.

I love doing what I do because I get to help and support people to be the best version of themselves they can be; to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
