Providing you with the tools to make better dietary decisions

Personalised Nutrition, Backed by Clinical Insight

Our Dietitians do more than provide meal plans—they work alongside you to understand your health, lifestyle and goals, developing practical, sustainable strategies tailored to your individual needs.

Your 60-minute initial consultation gives us the time to explore your medical history, blood test results, current eating habits, lifestyle, symptoms and personal goals. By looking beyond nutrition alone, we identify the underlying patterns that may be affecting your health and create recommendations that are both evidence-based and achievable.

As part of your appointment, we also offer advanced, non-invasive metabolism testing. This simple 5-minute assessment measures how your body uses energy, providing valuable insights that help guide more personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

We believe that understanding why recommendations are made is just as important as knowing what to do. Our Dietitians take the time to explain the reasoning behind your treatment plan, empowering you to make informed decisions and build lasting healthy habits.

Every plan is tailored to your preferences, culture, lifestyle, allergies, intolerances and health goals, with a strong focus on long-term success rather than short-term fixes. Following your initial consultation, we offer both 30-minute and 60-minute follow-up appointments, allowing us to tailor your care to your individual needs, goals and progress. When appropriate, our Dietitians also work closely with your GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

Individualised Meal Plans

Because no two people are the same, we offer customised meal plans designed specifically for you. During your initial consultation, we gather detailed information to understand your needs before creating a personalised meal plan. This is then reviewed with you during a follow-up appointment, ensuring you receive a practical plan that fits your lifestyle and supports your health goals.

If you would like a meal plan designed specifically for you, simply let us know during your initial consultation and our Dietitians will be happy to help.

Progress Isn’t Always Linear

Health changes take time, and every appointment is an opportunity to reflect, learn and adjust. You don’t need to have achieved every goal or followed your plan perfectly before coming back to see us. Whether you’ve had a great week or found things challenging, our Dietitians are here to support you, troubleshoot barriers and help you continue moving towards your goals.

Where appropriate, your Dietitian may also recommend DEXA Body Composition or Bone Density Scanning to provide additional information about your muscle mass, body composition and bone health. These assessments can help monitor changes over time, guide personalised nutrition recommendations and support your ongoing care. DEXA scans are available onsite at WLC Medical, with no GP referral required, and with your permission we can also send the report to your GP.
