How much does the Health Insights Package cost?

The Health Insights Package may be suitable for people who want a more comprehensive understanding of their bone health, body composition and metabolism.

This may include people focused on healthy ageing, people experiencing changes in weight or body composition, those who have experienced significant weight loss or use GLP-1 medications, women approaching or after menopause, men over 50, and people with risk factors that may affect bone density.

It can also be useful if you simply want to establish an objective health baseline that can be monitored over time.

You do not need to be experiencing a health concern to book the Health Insights Package.

The Health Insights Package combines three assessments during one 60-minute appointment with an Accredited Practising Dietitian:

Bone Density DEXA Scan – measures Bone Mineral Density (BMD) and provides T-score and Z-score measurements to help identify areas of reduced bone density.

Total Body Composition DEXA Scan – provides detailed information about your muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, fat distribution and bone mineral content.

ECAL Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing – measures how much energy your body uses at rest rather than relying on estimates or predictive equations.

Together, these assessments provide a comprehensive snapshot of your bone health, body composition and metabolism.
