How long are Dietitian appointments?
Your initial Dietitian consultation is 60 minutes. This gives your Dietitian time to discuss your medical history, current eating habits, lifestyle, symptoms, health goals and any relevant blood test results or medical information.
Follow-up appointments are available as either 30-minute or 60-minute consultations, depending on your individual needs and goals.

Do you offer meal plans?
Yes. Our Dietitians can develop individualised meal plans tailored to your nutritional needs, health goals, food preferences and lifestyle.
Meal plans are not provided during your initial consultation. Your initial appointment allows your Dietitian to gather the information needed to develop a personalised plan.
An individualised meal plan is $185, which includes preparation of your meal plan and a follow-up appointment with your Dietitian to review the plan, answer any questions and discuss how it can be incorporated into your everyday routine.
If you are interested in an individualised meal plan, please let your Dietitian know during your initial consultation.
