Dietitian Services

Providing you with the tools to make better dietary decisions

Problem-solvers, not simply meal-plan writers

Our Dietitians work as strategic partners in your health care, helping you make sense of complex information and turn it into practical, sustainable action.

We look for patterns, not just symptoms

Appointments go beyond food diaries. We consider blood tests, medical history, lifestyle pressures, and personal goals to understand why your health looks the way it does.

We also include an advanced non-invasive metabolism testing as part of your dietitian appointment. This test provides immediate data about how your body uses energy, helping guide more precise and effective nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Understand the ‘why’, not just the ‘what’

We explain the reasoning behind recommendations, so you’re not blindly following rules, but making confident, informed decisions about your health.

Care that fits real life

All plans are tailored to individual preferences, cultures, allergies, and intolerances, with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term outcomes.

Our Dietitians also collaborate with GPs and other health professionals where appropriate.

Meal Plans

We know that the “cookie cutter” approach doesn’t work for everyone.

Everyone is different and we all have needs, which is why we offer customised meal plans for each of our patients.

Your initial appointment is designed to gain as much information from you as possible, to make sure we tailor a plan suitable for your needs to get you started.

This then allows us time to create your meal plan following your initial consult, to be made available during a separate follow-up appointment.

If you would like a meal plan designed specifically for you, simply let us know during your initial consult and our dietitians will be able to help you further.

DEXA ‘Sports Package’

Please note that if you have chosen our DEXA Sports Package (Body Composition Scan and Metabolic Testing) with one of our dietitians, the dietetics consultation on the day is limited to discussing the results of your scan and ECAL test.

Due to the volume and detail of information collected, this appointment does not include comprehensive dietetic advice. A full, in-depth Body Composition Analysis report will be emailed to you within 7 business days.

If you are a new patient seeking detailed dietary advice (e.g. weight management or nutrition planning), we recommend booking an initial 1‑hour consultation with a dietitian. This appointment can be scheduled either before your Body Composition Scan or at a later time that suits you, and will help optimise your results and ongoing care.

Danielle Di Carlo

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, who is dedicated to providing evidence-based nutrition that’s tailored to your individual needs.

At your initial appointment, I will ask about your medical history, health goals, food habits and lifestyle. Using this information, I will then discuss with you about how changes to your diet can help you to improve your health and achieve your personal health goals. It’s a good idea to bring along any recent blood test results and any relevant medical records.

I use a unique approach involving metabolism testing, which measures factors like resting metabolic rate and fat burning. Rather than guessing what might be happening metabolically, we test! This information, combined with a thorough assessment, is used to create a nutrition plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
