How much does a Physiotherapy appointment cost?
Our Physiotherapy appointment fees are:
Initial Consultation – 60 minutes: $185
Follow-up Consultation – 30 minutes: $135
Extended Follow-up Consultation – 60 minutes: $185
A 10% discount is available for children under 18, students and seniors, and a 25% discount is available for Health Care Card holders and pensioners.
Medicare and private health insurance rebates may be available depending on your eligibility, referral and level of cover. Our administration team may also be able to provide an estimated quote; however, we recommend confirming your rebate directly with your private health insurer.

Do I need a GP referral to see a Physiotherapist?
No. You do not need a GP referral to book a Physiotherapy appointment at WLC Medical.
We are also happy to accept referrals from GPs, specialists and other healthcare providers. If you are attending under an eligible Medicare-funded care plan, Workers’ Compensation, DVA or another funded arrangement, additional referral or approval requirements may apply.
